Insulation Solutions

Spray Foam Insulation

Foam insulation can be blown into walls, on attic surfaces, or under floors to insulate and reduce air leakage. Can fill even the smallest cavities, creating an effective air barrier. Benefits to spray foam insulation include:

Blown-in Insulation

Blown-in insulation, which is also known as loose-fill insulation, is installed in a monolithic layer without seams or gaps, so it is approximately 25% more efficient and effective than batt insulation.

As a result of the low installation cost, this insulation solution is an option for homes that are working on a tighter budget, but yet appreciate the power of energy efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint.

Block Foam Insulation

Block foam insulation is one of the best insulating materials available due it its ease of installation, superior performance and cost effectiveness. The pressurized foam spray ensures that the block foam completely fills all crevices and voids that may be inside the wall.

Block foam does not settle and will not be hung up on obstacles such as plumbing, electrical or masonry.

Batt Insulation

Batt insulation is a flexible, fiberglass insulation that provides an R-value range from 11 to 38. It is generally manufactured at a thickness of approximately 3″ to 12″.

Batt insulation has many diverse applications, but is primarily used in exterior walls and roof (attic) applications, for both residential and commercial use.

Removal Insulation

Older homes may have some level of insulation installed, but over time, that insulation may underperform due to a build up of dirt, dust and moisture. When older insulation becomes less energy efficient, insulation removal can be a great choice for replacing insulation with newer, more energy efficient insulation.

Fire Retardant Paint

The fire-retardant paint helps that fire does not spread in case of fire in a building. Therefore, it is one of the most efficient measures to prevent fire spreading rapidly, as it contributes flame and smoke not to spread. Fire-retardant paint is essential especially when it comes to residential buildings, since containing fire allows people inside the building to have more time to leave it.
